Straight as a Statue

The opposite of the last hold — instead of arching, you're holding dead straight.

Pharaoh's Plank asks your body to do the exact opposite of Vedic Arch: no arching, just a straight line, like a statue, without letting your lower back sag. It's the last hard hold before the finisher.

About Primal Plato

Came to ancient-strength practice later in life, after deciding gym culture had nothing left to teach him. He communicates almost entirely through stillness, position, and a single nod that means more than most people's whole sentences. He doesn't correct your form out loud — he just holds the position until you notice on your own what's wrong with yours.
