Baofeng UV-5R

Budget dual-band handheld with huge accessory support. Transmit only on ham bands with a license.

Suggested as a beginner ham radio on a saved pin (HamRadioHub). Unverified: the pin was AI-modified, and several of its descriptions were wrong, so the type and band notes here come from general knowledge and should be confirmed on the current spec sheet before buying. Prices not researched.
