DeWalt 20V MAX XR 2-Tool Combo Kit (DCK2101QQ2)

DCD1007 hammer drill (2,100 in-lb max torque, up to 275 holes/charge) + DCF845 impact driver (1,825 in-lb torque, 3,400 RPM), two XR POWERPACK batteries.

DeWalt wins raw masonry-drilling torque, and its 20V platform is arguably the largest cordless ecosystem of any brand — real value if you're already invested in DeWalt batteries or plan to be. Hercules wins on price and warranty length; reasonable to choose either depending on whether ecosystem lock-in or upfront cost matters more.
