M12 Oscillating Multi-Tool — standard (2426-20) vs. FUEL (2526-20)

Two tiers: standard 2426-20 (brushed motor, 5,000–20,000 OPM, all-metal gear case) vs. FUEL 2526-20 (brushless, 10,000–20,000 OPM, lower vibration, tool-free blade change, 12-speed dial, LED light). Confirm which tier before buying — the price difference is meaningful.

Milwaukee's "tool-free" blade change still requires lifting a release lever and loosening a bolt underneath — genuinely tool-free but a couple of steps, not instant. Independent reviewers (Pro Tool Reviews, Garage Journal) rate the FUEL version ahead overall on cutting speed and vibration control, even though some current Ryobi models use a simpler one-motion quick-release.
