US General 18 in. Magnetic Tool Holder

U.S. General's magnetic holder lineup is real and well-reviewed (their 6" magnetic parts holder runs ~$4.99, an 18"-class power/air tool holder runs ~$19.99), but an exact "18-inch" model at the "under $5" price point cited couldn't be confirmed — that price point matches their smaller holders, not an 18" one.
