Came to ancient-strength practice later in life, after deciding gym culture had nothing left to teach him. He communicates almost entirely through stillness, position, and a single nod that means more than most people's whole sentences. He doesn't correct your form out loud — he just holds the position until you notice on your own what's wrong with yours.
